All-in means ready to use, all leads , keyboard, mouse , monitor etc. Most of these SGI machines come with a 13W3 connector which needs either an SGI Monitor Which has a 13W3 connector - DO NOT USE SUN MONITOR!! or a Scan Converter and Adaptor to sync it to the VGA signal. It then needs to be converted to handle Sync-on-Green issue.

These 2 Adaptors are NOT CHEAP i. So I built my own converter which is included with this listing. Also, a lot of VGA monitors won't tolerate the scan frequency of some if not all graphics modes. However, supplied is one that handles it like a champ , Samsung Sync master 710N with SUPER CRYSTAL CLEAR display (see'Mandelbrot' photo). 17 Inch Monitor + Shielded HQ VGA Lead + Converter - ALL INCLUDED!

SUPER PIXEL PERFECT CRYSTAL CLEAR DISPLAY! Elan GR-3 is the double board mid-range graphics card - Extreme is the single board entry range graphics card. But this removed very easily with not any marks. Case is a little scuffed with the most noticeable damage being the Rear right had side of the machine and the Logo on the front. Also, the front flap is missing, unfortunately.

However, machine is fully functional without it and is just an aesthetic thing / dust cover. From what I can gather, I believe this machine was used in a Rubber Manufacturing Research Facility. It seems that it was used to control and monitor large amounts of factory floor machinery in an industrial environment. All info has been removed and the original IRIX 6.5 installation remains intact. You can easily download CDs from the internet to reinstall / upgrade the operating system if you wish.

You'll need a SCSI CD-ROM drive or install it or over Ethernet connection via FTP from a PC if you wish to do so. The NVRAM password has been deleted and the Root Password reset. This gives you full access to the system and all it's resources. This is NOT really a games machine, obviously! But DOOM, Cycles (3D TRON Light Cycle clone) and Flight Sim are included.

Will be packaged thoroughly and put on a Shelving crate or wooden slats, this thing is LARGE and HEAVY for its size. I use DPD since they are the most reliable for this kind of thing - used many times before without problems.
