Handmade Queen Size Quilt Pink White Green Roses Romantic Around The World... Absolutely gorgeous handmade Quick Trip Around The World pattern oversized Queen quilt. Fabric colors include rose gold, off-white, White, green, Dark Green, and Pink. The fabric brands I used were Henry Glass Kaufman Hoffman and Michael Miller collections. The fabrics have small flowers, butterflies, mini roses, big cabbage roses, leaves, cross hatch and flowers.
The shape is square it measures 96 in by 102. Each individual square is hand tied using Bright White, Pink, and Taupe colored yarn, all following appropriate placement following color flow. Secured with hand ties using fray check glue for permanent closure.
This quilts has over 1,200 hand ties one in every corner of each square. The back is a light green which matches the shades of the colors in the top. I used 100 percent cotton light green Cotton Backing so the backing would be super soft and appropriate for all weather's and seasons. The batting is 100% cotton(double layered)for warmth. (The warm company premium batting) There are 2 battings so this quilt has weight and is not thin by any means.
