Mister Peanut All Wood Advertising Premium Doll 8 1/2 Jaymar 1930s
The Mister Peanut doll is all wood & was an advertising premium in the early1930s made by Jaymar. He is 8 1/2 tall. The figure is very loosely strung & will not stand on his own. I believe that the figures were made with a hole in each hand but no stick was provided or intended.
As a collector I preferred to see Mr. Peanut standing on his own grasping a stick between his hands so I usually had the figure restrung before offering it for sale. I will sell this one as is & you can decide if you want to have him restrung. Peanut is in excellent condition with very little play wear & use.
