16 frame according to GTs specs (measured center of BB shell to center of top tube). Top tube is 21.5 center to center. Fits like a medium for Most comparisons. Google the 1994 GT catalog and youll find the full frame measurements.Good shape for its age. Top tube has some scratches and war wounds. Otherwise the anodizing is real nice.
